Inside Support Specialist

Inside Support Specialists are responsible for providing “Tier 1” and “Tier 2” help desk support to Rocket IT clients and employees. Inside Support Specialists also provide front-line response to automated system alerts, perform routine maintenance and proactive support, and deploy desktop applications. Like all full-time members of our Service Delivery team, Inside Support Specialists are typically on rotation for “on call” services after hours.

Network Operations Engineer

Network Operations Engineers are primarily responsible for designing, implementing and monitoring preventative measures to deliver maximum IT reliability and performance to Rocket IT clients. Network Operations Engineers apply their knowledge and experience to develop, document and deploy new monitors, scripts and alerts that improve or automate internal support processes. Additionally, Network Operations Engineers provide “Tier 3” help desk and field support to Rocket IT clients and employees. Like all full-time members of our Service Delivery team, Network Operations Engineers are typically on rotation for “on call” services after hours.

Sales Associate

Sales Associates find businesses and other organizations in our geographic target area(s) that meet the Rocket IT BLAST profile and help them become customers or partners. Sales Associates have expert knowledge of Rocket IT services and are ultimately measured by their ability to launch new customer relationships.

Appointment Setter

Appointment Setters call, qualify, and set sales appointments with local business leaders while maintaining a high level of organization on daily activities. Appointment Setters are important members of our sales team. Compensation is comprised of a base salary plus incentives for setting successful appointments with qualified prospects. A well-defined career path in professional business to business sales is available for successful Appointment Setters.
